When I click on the product to change its color, the bar displaying all ten color options doesn't immediately appear. Instead it shows just the first hex colour as seen in attached pic1. I'd like them all to pop-up as seen in pic2, because customers find the first display too subtle. Can anyone advise on how to make this work?

That is normal behavior and can at the moment not be changed. If you have any suggestions to improve this, please post on the feature request forum.
