Can I use this plugin into multiple websites. The mentioned price for one time cost or I need to renewal every year. And also it will be support for all wordpress updated versions

No a regular license is only allowed for one website. You need to buy a license for every website.
You only pay once (all updates included) and if you want to receive continuous support, you need to extend the support license every 6 months.
