Sorry! nothing found for
Posted about 6 years ago by Nikolaj Haugaard
Hello guys. I was told to write you here.
How do I let the user download their finished design once they have checked out? It's important they pay for the design before they can download.
Is it possible to insert a download link on the thank you page, or in the account somewhere?
Thanks.

Simply enable the downloadable option in WooCommerce, then a download link should be displayed on the checkout page.

The product needs to be downloadable as well, see https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/digital-downloadable-product-handling/

It's already enabled. You mean the "Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable products" right?
It should be set correctly. Can you please explain in more detail what i should do? Thanks
I already did that. (see img)
