An issue of picture upload

After uploading the image, the system is processing but the user can click again and again the same picture as below screen capture. Finally, it uploads the same picture several times in the system.

You may find attached two pictures for your reference.

I think this is a huge bug for me. Is there any plan to solve this problem?
