Text Menu Customization Question

Hello,

I have editable text in several of my product previews.  I'm wondering if there is a way I can remove some of the options in the drop-down text menu.  

For example, I'd like to remove the position, line height, underline, and stroke options from the menu.  These are all options I do not want the customer to have.
