Hi, is it possible from the Fancy product designer to generate actual individual products where the image is already set and ready to checkout.

So that I can use in the store, without user having to design anything.

You could remove or hide (custom CSS, .CLASS{ display: none !important} and with the UI & Layout composer, modules, actions, toolbar setttings, as well as the product layer setup in the builder) all ways of modifying a product if you wanted to, yes.
