Using the product designer on a testing site AND and a official shop site?

I have a question, please: Can I use the Fancy Product Designer with a single regular license twice - on a non-public testing site AND in my official, public shop? Because: I´m using this test-site for testing anything out, so I can get familiar with scripts and plugins, before installing them on my public site.

Is this ok and possible with a single regular license?
