I have a question about the pricing for the Fancy Product Designer. If I order a regular License, have I only to pay once or has I to pay the Price monthly (each month again)?
And does it fit to a regular license if I´m using the Fancy Product Designer for selling T-Shirts in my Webshop, only for example?

It's a one time payment. And yes the regular license should be the right one for that.
