Hi i need to know if your plugin is not gonna be a dead wheigt on sites loading time, if the customization is easy to set up and if we can easily translate it to portuguese and if your plugin supports svg png and eps formats. I bought the WPD and i am very disappointed so far

It does have some loading time, of course however we've optimized it as far as we could. You can check on the loading time yourself, here: http://fancyproductdesigner.com/product/t-shirt/ though of course this also depends on your server.
Translation and .svg is no problem - eps is however not supported.
