hi, i0ve set the bounding box with clipping setting . When i first upload the image i want it is clipped correctly , if a delete the image and i upload a new image the clipping function stop working.
Can you help me ? what can i do or what i'm doing wrong ?

You can set Individual Settings here and it works, maybe the way you set it is just for the specific element? Are you using FPD for Wordpress or WC/WP

Hi Layla , attached is a screen on how i configured it. Both image are the same and are png trasparent file.

Do you set the bounding box to the image thats loaded together with the product?
