Is there a setting to allow panning the design around when it is zoomed in?

I'm not having any issues with that. Deleting and copying designs when zoomed in will be fixed soon. Could you describe more closely what the issue is, please?

I just learned that when zoomed in if you click the button on the right it allows panning of the design. I guess that works, but I have to figure out how to communicate that to the site visitors. And also tell them how to turn off to re-enable editing. Thanks.
