FPD initializing problem

Hello,

I just bought the FPD. I just installed everything but when i load the page the editor keeps saying Initializing product designer... 

it wil not load....

Can someone help me how to fix this?

Using:

Wordpress

Working on a macbook (tested in safari and Chrome)

Using Cleanlab theme

^everything is updated to the last version
