What is the best way to remove images from the server? I don't think customers like it that uploaded images stay on my server after they bought something. Is there a way to atomatic remove the images after 1-2 weeks? If not, what is the best way to remove it manually?

Answer
Old images are removed once the order is removed, so it would sort of depend on how WooCommerce handles old orders, I'm not sure if it has a function to automatically remove them after a certain time, sorry.
