I have updated the UI Layout and composer to look one way, however, on the live site it doesn't look the way I have compser set up. I have attached pictures. I've looked through the documentation, but don't see where I need to do anything else to make this take effect on the live website.

That would most likely mean that you have either not updated the correct UI Layout, or that the page is not using the UI Layout you updated.
