Best Practice for Online Fullfilment

Hey, I'm new to shirt printing but really excited about your plugin, I wonder if you have a best practice guide on how to setup and export images for third party fulfillment (only shirt orders).  Just would love to know tricks/tips from the get-go on making the best product and as efficiently as possible.  I haven't really seen any information on what you do after customization/order is made.
