Pre sales question: Use Fancy "layer system" with another product customiser

Hello folks,

As badly as I wanted go use product customiser I had to choose another plugin (they had pricing according to t-shirt print area).

Can I use Fancy product layering system, and have the product displayed on my shop using the plugin mentioned? If yes, it's an instant buy! ; )
