Combined Landscape & Portrait Orientation

 Just wondering if there is advise available for a problem I am facing. Using FPD for poster designs using custom backgrounds and text however there are of course 2 orientations so this makes it tricky to combine into one upload zone. Thinking I need to create 2 separate products for each to differentiate - is this the best way? Many thanks
