Keyboard closes on mobile devices

Hi,

Having an issue entering text on mobile phones. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge keyboard does not stay opening when attempting to add text.

Therefore, I cannot add text into the FPD from a phone.

Any solution?

Our sincerest apologies about this issue. We are working on an update what will fix this.

I have this problem on the latest version with Androids also. I can select the text in the text module but the keyboard immediately closes after opening.
