Is there any way to make mandatory the customization of a product?
This is essential so that the customer does not proceed without first customize the product.

Hi :)

You can set this in the main settings panel under "Advanced" tab, or for each product page.

This would be a great addition. Adding a default text field that reads "YOUR NAME" is pretty standard I think, but if the customer doesn't actually change this it's obvious a mistake has been made. By making the customisation a requirement it would save a lot of mistakes.
