problems with placing uploaded images in the product

Hi...

i have problems with "add image" tool:

if Costumer upload images,  the upload is correct, but does not place it automatically in the product, not even manual clicking oder drag and drop helps. After refreshing the page  it works only with allready uploaded imgas, not with new ones???

On mobile device the same

Can you help me?
