Pricing Rules: Add exclude element to the rules

Hello,

I want to apply a pricing rule based on the current size of the added image. The price will change when the customer changing the image size. 

At first, I use "Image size scaled" for "All images", but it will calculate all the default images for background, etc.. and the price is not correct.

I hope to have an exclude field so we can add all the elements that we don't want to apply this rule for them.

I really hope that we can have this feature soon because right now I have to add the same rule for each specific image in my design category...
