Decreasing printing pricing rules depending to product quantity

Hello,

I wish to create a printing pricing rule depending to the product quantity.

For example, if the customer will order product quantity  :

- 1 to 5 then printing cost is 10$

- 6 to 15 then printing cost is 7$

-  16 to 30 then printing cost is 5$

I don't find this kind of rule in the pricing rule add-on.
