Smart vs Sidebar UIComposer - Colors are shown when NOT Smart used

There is a big issue for us preventing from buying FPD!

When creating a UI with the UIComposer and set "Color, TextStroke, Text Shadow" to be excluded from the Toolbar:

With the "Smart" as Type - the properties for the excluded toolbar elements is hidden (as we want it to have" - whenever you select a custom text, these are not available! (thats what we want).

With the "Sidebar" as Type you can select the custom created text and STILL the color can be changed with a colorpicker shown in the Sidebar! - THIS IS WHAT WE DONT WANT TO HAVE - since we excluded these in the UIComposer for the toolbar and the saved UI.

Yes the correct custom design is selected in the individual product properties!

This is clearly a bug.

Please let us know how to fix it. At least this is bugging us in the demo and is a MUST HAVE for our last final decision to buy FPD.
