Improved Height and Width Spacing with "Allow Unproportional Scaling

Request:
We’re experiencing difficulties with the "Allow Unproportional Scaling" option when resizing elements by height and width. Even with this option enabled, the spacing doesn’t work as expected, especially when resizing an element asymmetrically (for example, adjusting only the height without changing the width).

Need:
Additionally, we would like the option to have the "Scale-Y" axis default to an open lock so that when "Allow Unproportional Scaling" is selected, users can immediately modify height or width independently without additional steps. This would enhance layout flexibility and allow users to resize elements proportionally or disproportionately right from the first interaction.
