Add Font selector to Element Properties Settings

When setting a default font in the Settings page, it would be nice if it allowed us to select the default font from a list of activated fonts as opposed to an input textbox. This will help with possible input errors into this field.

The box I'm talking about adding this functionality to is can most likely be found in a few places, but can be found on Settings -> element Properties -> Custom Texts -> Default Font.
