Not sure how this would be implemented, maybe the same as the way you can show the thumbnails in the cart?
It would be nice to be able to print out the order summary and see a thumbnail of the custom design.
This would allow me to print a packing slip/order summary so we know which design is going to which customer instead of having to go back to the computer to review.

This is great, but Radykal, could you please have it replace the thumbnail in the WC Admin Order screen as well?
