Fancy Designs need a meta data field for something like a SKU in the order viewer for lookup

I have looked into this and don't see anything in the options when you upload an image for a fancy design.

My site has several hundred designs and it would make things MUCH easier if I could reference the design with a SKU number or have available a field where I could enter a code number.

At the moment I have to load the order into the order viewer and figure out the customer's chosen design by sight.

It is possible to add an SKU number to each Fancy Product??? I have more than 20 fancy products and I need to identify them in the order detail.

I have the same problem. But this SKU number is not showed in the PDF order. Only the SKU of the product.
How could I solve this problem?

This would be very useful! We have a lot of designs as well and we lose a lof of time associating each new order email to the right design.
