Issue with complex SVG's showing multiple swatches and covering the image in black.

 I've setup a colour list in the settings, and set that as the list to pull from in the Product Builder, However on the front end it seems broken?

Not sure what's going on. 

One of my layers, the Hull Paint, does work as intended, I've also supplied a screenshot of that.
