Weak export quality and photos from mobile are zoomed in

I'm really trying to find a fix for this and continue using the plugin.

I'm uploading a 3072 x 4096 image and the plugin turns it into 1600 x 2133. 

When Loading in the Product Viewer the image is cropped and zoomed in. Nothing works as it should. I'm paying for the PRO EXPORT version and it's absolutely not working at all. 
If I have text in the image it gets jumbled and looks horrible. Design elements are being moved and sit one across the other. 

What am I doing wrong?
