Engraving dont work

Hi everyone,

I'm currently setting up a custom wood engraving shop using Fancy Product Designer, and I’m trying to achieve a realistic laser engraving effect when customers upload an image.

Here’s the issue:
Even when I activate the “engraving” option in the image settings and set the opacity to 0.5, the image still displays in full color. I was expecting it to be automatically converted to a grayscale or single-color style (like a laser engraving preview), but that doesn’t happen — only the opacity changes.

Here’s what I’m doing:

Go to image layer settings

Enable the engraving checkbox

Set opacity to 0.5

Is there something else I should do to make the engraving effect work properly? Or is there a recommended way to simulate this effect with customer-uploaded images?
