Upload zone failing
I am experiencing an issue with the upload zone scaling in Fancy Product Designer. I have set up two identical product templates – one in portrait (A-format) and one in landscape (A-format), with mirrored dimensions.
In the portrait format, the uploaded image correctly fills the entire height of the upload zone and allows customers to adjust the image horizontally, ensuring no white space appears in the final print.
However, in the landscape format, the upload zone does not extend fully to the top and bottom of the canvas. See here: https://plakattrykkeren.dk/vare/dit-foto-som-plakat-upload-selv-tvaerformat/
Even though the settings match the portrait version (only flipped to fit the landscape orientation), small gaps appear above and below the uploaded image as you see in the link.
Do you have any recommendations or fixes for ensuring that the upload zone fully covers the canvas in both formats, preventing any gaps?
See the difference in the attached screenshots.
Try to enable the clipping option for the bounding box.
You can double-check that the upload zone’s bounding box is set to "cover" and not "contain". And then make sure the scaling mode for uploaded images is set to auto-scale to fill (cover) rather than "fit" or "inside".

Have you tried double-checking the "scaling mode" and "bounding box mode" of the upload zone in landscape? Because I'm curious if changing the aspect ratio accidentally causes Fancy Product Designer to automatically "center" the upload zone to the default height?
