Price Rule, amount of element, excluded count element already in Design element

I have add on discuss, dont see to change section, so I have add to correct section 

 I've noticed that in the "amount of element" setting, it is currently either "custom text" or "custom image," making it very difficult to set up. If you want to set up for all customer-added elements, it is not possible. When selecting "All," any elements already present in the designer are also considered.

If possible, I would like to add a new setting for "all custom elements" that includes only customer-added elements. For the next update, please add an option that allows setting the total number of customer-added elements in each view.

Currently, text and image elements are separated, making it difficult to set up if they are divided into two price groups. While having them separated is a good solution, it would be even better to have an additional option to merge them.
