Back office translation not working

Hi,

I am trying to translate the backend of the woocommerce order page after loading the order in order viewer but for some reason, no matter what I am doing, it does not work (my back office is in my language of course).

I took the default files from the plugin language folder, changed the name to radykal-(language).po like the other translated files over there, edited with PoEdit and uploaded to the same folder, then it shows in wordpress loco translate plugin but it is not working and nothing is translated.
