3D UPLOAD - STEP BY STEP PROCESS

Hello everyone,

is there anyone that can explain to me STEP BY STEP how to upload my own 3D models on Wordpress?

I have created the .fbx file but once I try to upload it in the Wordpress media it says that I am not allowed to do it.

Also, how can I create a .json file?
