In future updates, the export add-on will remain usable, but we won't be adding new features to it. Additionally, we're introducing the Pro export via Genius, which features the NodeCanvas export method. This method supports certain text properties not available in svg2pdf. However, implementing NodeCanvas requires hosting it on a high-cost server for us to ensure stability and accessibility for all customers.

The reason I purchased the Pro export plugin is that it is a one-time fee.
How long can I use the PRO export plugin without restrictions in the future?
Will the PRO export plugin continue to receive updates so that it is always compatible with the latest Wordpress/WooCommerce/Fancy Product Designer version?
Am I forced to choose a subscription plan in the future?

yes advanced editing is enabled and I'm just uploading a jpg.
I checked the code and the advanced tools are being hidden even though they're enabled in the settings. Is there another setting that could be causing it to be hidden?
Did you enable "advanced editing" in custom images? This also only works for uploaded images by the customer and bitmap images.
Yeh I have those all enabled. It’s not showing up on the edit image toolbar as shown in the picture I attached and someone else is having the same issue

Just test the Ai service and it is working for us. Right now there is no API to display the current requests/month, but we will add that soon.
This is buggy. The AI background remover shows up on AI generated images but throws up this error.
And how do we know how many requests we've made in any given month?

Same for me. I don't see the option to remove the background in the edit image toolbar
remove background function is not visible. I think customer will not see on there. Can we change it place? Best area; when upload finish, ask to customers "wish remove background?"

When I bought this plugin it was because it was a one-time payment, with time I was including the rest of the Add-ons, and it was ok because it was also a one-time payment, now you guys go on the famous subscription that everybody wants, and it's understandable because it provide so much income. I am very sorry, but I think that is time to move forward with another plugin, there are more options cheaper than 50 euros a month.
I think that your plugin has improved a lot and you deserve more, but I can't afford it, so thanks for everything, but from today I will start looking for other alternatives.

Agree completely with everything said. I was just on the verge of buying the PRO Export after testing the export function through ADMIN and it is far more cost effective in the long run. One of the primary reasons I was sticking with FPD was the opportunity to upgrade to this solution. Having ONLY a subscription option is really too bad. Why not continue to offer both options? There are several plugins out there that do this.
Honestly, I would much prefer access to the API and allow me to export to whatever file storage I want beyond Dropbox and AWS.

That is one good thing about Genius - no other plugin needs to be installed. After subscribing to a plan, you will get a license key, which you enter the Genius backend settings and you are ready to go.
To get Genius, do I just sign up to the premium service? Will it give me a different zip to install?
As previously stated, you can continue utilizing the Pro export add-on alongside the update, without the necessity to opt into subscription plans.
