I have also the same issue with Pro Export since some days and cannot download any jpg or png files from backend or via a email download link.
FPD 4.7.7 + Pro Export 1.3.1
I receive an internal server error and the following part of an the error after clicking the download email link:
...httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/fancy-product-designer-export/fancy-product-designer-export.php on line 274
Es gab einen kritischen Fehler auf deiner Website.
Does anybody have a similar error message and found a solution?
Hi.
I have asked the same question before.
But it was not resolved, so I started a new topic.
"Print-Ready Export" is not working for a few weeks.
I get an error message when I try to export the data.
And it times out after 120 seconds.
I can't export any PDF, PNG and JPG.
I am using "Fancy Product Designer 4.7.7" and "Fancy Product Designer PRO Export 1.3.1".
The above versions of both products do not improve the problem.
Please improve them.

I found the solution.
My server was denying access to REST API from overseas.
I was able to create a PDF by allowing access from overseas.
It doesn't work if the security plugin denies access to the REST API.

I also use FPD 4.7.7 + Pro Export 1.3.1 but it doesn't work.
The following 403 error remains on the server.
/wp-json/fpd-export/v1.0/print_job/*****************
Other than that, 200 is fine.
The REST API works fine on my site.
Is there any improvement plan?
