Hello
I am getting an empty popup white when I enter the product's page
How can I get rid of it?

The problem still unfixed.
The empty popup shows when I open customization page for a product, it has this class "fpd-modal-wrapper fpd-shadow-3"
What is it ? and how to disable it please ?
