I'd open a support ticket but you don't offer support for anyone that has been a long term user of your plugin. Not very helpful. I'm asking a simple question which is a problem with your designer.

We provide support as intended in the Envato support policy. Also a lot of issues that are reported to us as "bugs" are in the end caused by other plugins or themes.
this is a settings that needs to be set in wooCommerce and nothing within the fancy product designer.
It is to do with the FPD.. My website is in GBP.
