print pdf has white margin / pading

Hi,

my print pdf is not output correctly. I always have a white margin / pading where the print box is, although Bleed is set to 0.

Maybe this is because the scaling in the Product Builder always changes slightly.

The problem is recorded in the video:

Is anyone aware of the problem and knows a solution?

I have the same issue. I've recreated the product in the product builder to make sure all white space is removed, and the bleed is set to 0. However, there is always white space around the image when the print ready export file is created.
