I have install the fancy product designer in my wordpress website , i have integrated it with woocomerce and i when i try to activate it it gives me this error , The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application. , i have tested it with divi theme on my other wordpress website it is working fine however on this website it gives me that error

Please contact your server provider, that error has nothing to do with the plugin!
