At the moment only Facebook and Instagram are supported.

We are potentially looking at using Fancy Product Designer for our E-commerce site using Word Press and Woo Commerce. However we are worried about potential incompatibility if either Woo or Word Press is updated. Is this ever a problem, and if so how quick is Fancy updated to fix any problems?

Usually within one to two weeks - the developer usually also tries to start development ahead of time if a beta / alpha is available.
