Fancy Product Designer won't initialize

 I have the correct permissions set, and have tried several different themes. Can you tell me how to fix this issue or give me a list of themes it is compatible with. I am currently using elegant themes Feather.  I currently have my products private as they are none functioning but the web site in question is
