Hi, I am able to use the Fancy Product designer as per normal. When I click the add to cart button, I get the following message:

403

Forbidden

Access to this resource on the server is denied!

Any ideas why this is happening all of a sudden?

Which version was it?

I am on PHP 7.

To fix it, I disabled mod_security as suggested in Codecanyon FPD comments.

That's what it was sorry, it was a while ago now.

Yes I remember I had to contact my webhost to sort out the mod_security issue.

Worked straight away after that.

I updated the plugin and PHP version from memory. I'd be interested to know how you go.

I forgot to mention that my folder permission for this plugin is 755.
