You need to update the Instagram Redirect URI in your app settings. The location of it has changed, Just copy the correct URL from the general settings and go to https://www.instagram.com/developer/clients/manage/ and update the URI in the security tab of your app settings.

Are there any solutions to the rules changing?
These people can do exactly what we need https://nifty250.co.za/print click on Polaroids/Start Printing and choose to load images from Instagram and it all works beautifully.

It does not work the register with instagram in the customizer.
It gives you the option to send the user name and password but when you give appears enter the following decision:
{"Code": 400, "ERROR_TYPE": "OAuthException", "error_message": "Invalid Client ID"}

These people can do exactly what we need https://nifty250.co.za/print click on Polaroids/Start Printing and choose to load images from Instagram and it all works beautifully.
So the customer can upload images from their instagram account and order prints - we need that on this website http://timeframes.co.za/product/polaroid-photos/
I don't know php so I would be grateful for any help at all. Thanks

I've just tested the instagram upload and i should work fine. Please make sure you have implicit OAuth disabled as in this guide: http://support.fancyproductdesigner.com/solution/articles/13000007275-enabling-facebook-and-instagram-photos.
