A) Is there a feature that can duplicate the design to other views as the customer is designing. I would like a front view and a front view that shows margins for the product?
B) If A is not possible, is there an option for creating layers that can be hidden. The customer can design with art bounds visible but then hide the margins to view just the design?
C) If A and B are not possible is there a way to add a grid to the stage?

a) Sorry no that is currently not possible
b) You can make any image layer removable by the customer (through the layer manager)
c) You can add a grid to the stage, by adding a background image, I'll attach one here that you can use.
