Main Settings
In the main Settings you can set the prices for custom added elements in the Element Properties.
Individual Product Settings
If you want to adjust the custom prices for particular product designers, you can easily do that via the Individual Product Settings.
View Options
You could also add it directly through the View Options under each of FPD products.
